Positive Attitude
No matter what you are trying to achieve, if you are not positive about it, you are not going to see the results. Making sure you workout (even if you do not see the results you desire as quickly as you want), and keeping a positive mindset at all times, will go a long way. Not only will it keep you going, but with a positive mentality you will not fall off the path. So, even if you slip up on your diet, or miss out on one workout, this does not throw your entire routine off, and does not mean you are going to fail. Staying positive and keeping positive images at all times is the only way to ensure you will attain your goals of body fitness.
Workout Schedule
The best way to keep on track is to make a schedule. Just like your work and personal life agenda, with a workout schedule you are going to set the time aside each day to workout. Therefore, you are not going to miss out on a workout due to a last minute arrangement, or because you do not have time after work. By scheduling in the time, whether it is early in the morning, after work, or during lunch, you are going to avoid missing the workouts you have to be engaging in.
